Foundry for Good
Angel & Advisor Network

Build, incubate, and scale the best mission-driven companies.

Foundry for Good's Angel & Advisor Network is a standing table of operators who've built and sold companies serving nonprofits, schools, and associations. They bring capital, judgment, and a direct hand in the ventures we build, incubate, and scale.

We don't just write checks. We build the companies.

Foundry for Good incubates and supports ventures in the mission-driven space: nonprofits, schools, associations, and the technology that serves them. Over fourteen years, we've built, backed, and acquired seven companies to become category-leading businesses.

When you join the Angel & Advisor Network, you're not deploying capital into a deal you saw once and walked away from. You're part of an ongoing table that shapes which ventures get built next, who leads them, and how they grow, with visibility into the studio's own portfolio, not just the founders who pitch.

What it looks like to become part of the network

01

Reach out

Tell us about your background, your track record, and what you'd bring to the table — capital, expertise, or both.

02

Talk with a partner

A direct conversation with Adam or Rafi to see if it's a genuine fit, in both directions.

03

Sit in on a forum

Observe a quarterly pitch session before formally joining. See the deal flow and how the room actually works.

04

Take your seat

Full access to quarterly forums, deal flow, and a direct line into the studio's own portfolio.

Four forums a year, four to six vetted companies per session, a live Q&A, and a private deliberation where the table decides together who to back.

What we ask of everyone at the table

This isn't a passive LP seat. We're looking for a specific kind of operator, and we're direct about what that means.

A real track record

An experienced entrepreneur who's run a business with 7-figure revenue and 8-figure enterprise value — not just invested in one.

Capital ready to deploy

At least $25K per deal, with $250K or more in total capital earmarked for angel investing in this space.

Actual presence

Show up to forums when you can, and give founders direct, specific feedback — not just a vote at the end.

A network you'll actually use

Strong relationships in the space, and a willingness to make warm introductions — not just take them.

Hands-on mentorship

Open to advising founders directly between forums, not only showing up for the pitch itself.

Alignment on why

Motivated by both the social outcome and a solid financial return. One without the other isn't the right fit here.

Why Sit at This Table

What you get that a typical angel check doesn't

First look

Vetted, mission-driven deal flow before it's public.

Real peers

A standing seat next to operators who've already built exits in this exact space.

Studio access

Direct visibility into — and occasional involvement with — Foundry for Good's own ventures, not just outside deals.

A niche network

Nonprofit, association, and school-facing operators most investors never get access to.
